Accident with Injuries

Deputies of the Gage County Sheriffs responded to an accident with injuries involving a motorcycle. Investigation determined that a motorcycle was east bound when a

north bound vehicle failed to yield to the right of way pulling out in front of the east bound

motorcycle. The operator of the motorcycle was able to evade colliding with the vehicle as it pulled into it's lane of traffic. The motorcycle then lost control and in entered the ditch flipping. The operator of the motorcycle was transported to Bryan LGH West with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the black 2010 Chevrolet was issued a citation for failure to yield to the right of way.

The Motorcycle was a total loss.
