Fail to Yield to Emergency Vehicle / Carry Concealed Weapon

 On Monday, August 31, 2015 at approximately 0615 Gage County Deputy observed a vehicle fail to stop at the stop sign on S.W. 89^th Road at W. Hickory Road.  The Deputy attempted to stop the vehicle as it drove east on W. Hickory Road.  After following the vehicle with emergency lights and sirens activated and the vehicle failing to stop, the deputy notified Southeast Communications informing them of the situation.  Other responding Deputies were able to get the vehicle stopped on Hickory Road at U.S. Highway 77. 

The driver, Donald Johnson, 28 of Iuka, Mississippi was ultimately arrested for Fail to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
