Felony Arrest / Warrant from California

Investigators from the Gage County Sheriff’s Office were contacted by the Lincoln Police Department who requested we locate and arrest Kenneth G. Hubbard for a felony warrant from California for sexual assault of a child.

Investigators confirmed that Hubbard lived at 310 Vermont Street in Cortland and attempted to contact him, however he was not home at the time.

At approximately 2158 hours, Gage County Sheriff’s Office deputies were able to locate Hubbard at home and take him into custody without incident.  He is currently being held in the Gage County jail awaiting extradition to California.
