Injury Accident Between S 36 Rd & S 51 Rd on E Sargent Rd

On February 11, 2016 at approximately 8:05 PM, Gage County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Beatrice Fire and Rescue, and Beatrice Rural Fire were dispatched to a single-vehicle roll-over accident that occurred on E. Sargent Road between S. 36^th Road and S. 51^st Road.  The investigation determined that Jenna Daubendiek, 17 of Holmesville was operating a pickup westbound on E. Sargent Rd. when Daubendiek lost control of the vehicle.  Daubendiek’s vehicle swerved over into the south ditch where the vehicle overturned an unknown number of times.  Daubendiek was treated at the scene by Beatrice Fire and Rescue and then transported to Bryan West Hospital in Lincoln with non-life threatening injuries.  Daubendiek was then treated and released from Bryan West later in the evening.

Daubendiek was wearing her seatbelt at the time. Neither alcohol nor drugs is believed to have been a factor in the accident.
