MIP citations issued after report of large party

DATE & TIME: July 16, 2017 Approx. 0200 hours                

LOCATION: 28646 S 108^th Road       

OFFENSE: Large party involving minors and alcohol violations        

CASE #: 2017-3861   

On Sunday July 16, 2017 at approximately 0200 hours Deputies from the Gage County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 28646 S 108^th Road in reference to individuals throwing bottles at a passing vehicle.  When Deputies arrived they observed a large party in the back of the house with approximately 50 people.  When the Deputies were spotted many of the individuals took off running. 

Sheriff’s Office K-9 was deployed to track the individuals.  Several people were found and 8 citations for minor in possession of alcohol were issued.  One female was transported to Beatrice Community Hospital by Beatrice Rescue for possible alcohol poisoning.

The Nebraska State Patrol also assisted in searching for the individuals.
