LOCATION: Linden Rd and US HWY 77, Gage County

OFFENSE: Motor Vehicle Accident/ Leaving the scene Property Damage Accident

On May 29, 2019 at approx. 1:00am, Deputies of the Gage County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a horse laying on the side of the road at Linden Rd and US HWY 77. Deputies arrived on location to discover a horse had been struck and was laying in the west shoulder. Attempts were made to locate the owner of the animal with no success.

Deputies conducted a scene investigation and gathered vehicle debris and roadway evidence to reconstruct the collision.

Any person(s) that may have information concerning the incident should call the Gage County Sheriff's Office.

Investigation is ongoing.
