One Vehicle Rollover Accident on W Hackberry Road, 1/2 mile West of SW 117th Road

DATE & TIME:           4/23/2016 at 1641 hours                       

LOCATION: W. Hackberry Rd ½ mile west of SW 117^th Rd                         

OFFENSE: One vehicle rollover accident                   

CASE #: 2016-2052               

On the above date and time, Deputies were dispatched to the above area regarding a rollover accident. 

It was determined that Ethan Fielder, a 24 year old from Beatrice, was driving a 2000 Dodge Ram pickup pulling a trailer loaded with a skid loader eastbound on Hackberry.  Fielder stated the trailer started to sway behind his pickup causing him to lose control, pushing his pickup into the ditch causing it to roll at least once onto its top where it came to rest.  The trailer stayed attached to the pickup via the safety chains, although the skid loader did come off the trailer. The pickup was a total loss.

There was no reported injury to the driver, the sole occupant of the pickup. The seatbelt was in use and alcohol was not a factor.
