Flight to Avoid Arrest

OFFENSE:        Fleeing to Avoid Arrest, (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance,

                          Willful Reckless Driving, DUI-Drugs, Driving Under Suspension, Possession

                          of Drug Paraphernalia

On 02/25/16 at approximately 0515 hours, Gage County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 10th / Ella St. in Beatrice after the driver violated a Stop Sign.

The driver was identified as Aaron J. Satterfield, age 31, of Beatrice. Satterfield was found to have a suspended driver’s license and was asked to exit his vehicle.  Satterfield then fled in his vehicle and led deputies on a pursuit around the City of Beatrice.

Satterfield eventually pulled over at 21st and Hillcrest where he was placed into custody and transported to the Gage County Detention Center. He was booked into jail for Violating a Stop Sign, Fleeing to Avoid Arrest, (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Willful Reckless Driving, DUI-Drugs, Driving Under Suspension, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
