Flight to Avoid Arrest

OFFENSE:        Fleeing to Avoid Arrest, (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance,

                          Willful Reckless Driving, DUI-Drugs, Driving Under Suspension, Possession

                          of Drug Paraphernalia

On 02/25/16 at approximately 0515 hours, Gage County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 10^th / Ella St. in Beatrice after the driver violated a Stop Sign.

The driver was identified as Aaron J. Satterfield, age 31, of Beatrice. Satterfield was found to have a suspended driver’s license and was asked to exit his vehicle.  Satterfield then fled in his vehicle and led deputies on a pursuit around the City of Beatrice.

Satterfield eventually pulled over at 21^st and Hillcrest where he was placed into custody and transported to the Gage County Detention Center. He was booked into jail for Violating a Stop Sign, Fleeing to Avoid Arrest, (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Willful Reckless Driving, DUI-Drugs, Driving Under Suspension, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
