Search Warrant

DATE & TIME: Wednesday December 18, 2019; 9:00 A.M.

LOCATION: 710 Bell St.; Beatrice, NE

OFFENSE: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, less than 1 oz.; 2 counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon By a Prohibited Person, 2 counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony.

On 12/18/19 at approximately 9:00 AM the Gage County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Nebraska State Patrol and Beatrice Police Dept., executed a search warrant at 710 Bell St. in Beatrice, NE. The search warrant was part of an investigation involving methamphetamine distribution occurring in Gage County. During a search of the residence, Dale J. Riepenkroger, age 56 of Beatrice, was located inside and he was detained. During a search of the residence, investigators located a small amount of suspected methamphetamine, 2 unused plastic zip-lock baggies, a meth pipe, and a small amount of marijuana. Also located were two prohibited weapons. Riepenkroger is a convicted felon.The above criminal charges are pending against Riepenkroger.
