Search Warrant Execution

DATE & TIME: Monday, August 12, 2019

LOCATION: 521 N. 11th St. #4 and 823 Elk St; Beatrice, NE

OFFENSE: Search Warrant Execution

On 08/12/19 at approximately 5:30 AM the Gage County Sheriff’s Office and Beatrice Police Department executed two search warrants as part of a lengthy drug investigation involving the two residences. The search warrants were served at 521 N. 11th St. Apt. 4 and 823 Elk St. During the search at 521 N. 11th St. approximately 62 grams of suspected methamphetamine were located along with 21 grams of marijuana, four different types of prescription pills, a digital scale, 226 unused or empty plastic baggies, $120 in cash, two meth pipes, numerous syringes, and approximately 75 rounds of ammunition. Russell A. Pacha, age 58 of Beatrice was arrested for multiple charges including Possession of 28-140 grams of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Clonazepam) with Intent to Distribute, 4 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Money, and Maintaining a Drug House. Pacha is currently on parole, having recently been discharged from prison after serving a previous prison sentence for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. 

During the search at 823 Elk St. approximately 4 grams of suspected methamphetamine were located along with 2 digital scales, marijuana, and marijuana pipes. Both Pamela Styers and Robert Clayton were arrested on multiple drug charges including Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Meth) and Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Alprazolam). 

Pacha, Styers, and Clayton were all lodged in the Gage County Detention Center.
