A juvenile driver was eastbound on West Scott Road between Southwest 117th Road and Southwest 103rd Road at approximately 7:50 am. After coming around a bend in the road, found a deer in the middle of the road. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and go to a nearby residence to get assistance. The juvenile driver’s father responded to the scene and no ambulance was needed for the driver’s minor injury.
The driver was wearing a seatbelt and neither alcohol, nor speed are considered a factor in the accident.
