On 04/03/2023, at approximately 0218 hours, Gage County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to a single vehicle injury accident near the intersection of 10^th and L St. in Wymore, NE of a reported vehicle striking a tree. Upon arrival on scene, deputies observed a silver Toyota RAV 4 collided into a tree in the front lawn of 603 N 10^th St. The accident investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle was 54-year-old, Fabian Rios from Wymore, NE. Wymore EMS and Beatrice Fire and Rescue responded to the scene to render medical aid to the driver.

This accident investigation is ongoing.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in this accident.

Speed is not believed to be a factor in this accident.

Unknown if restraints were utilized.

Minor injuries suspected.
