Emergency Police Committal

DATE & TIME: Saturday July 16, 2016 at 2221 hours           

LOCATION: 13699 E Highway 8, Wymore, NE                 

OFFENSE: Emergency Police Committal                 

CASE #: 2016-3645              

On 07/16/16 at approximately 10:21 pm, Troopers from the Nebraska State Patrol and Deputies from the Gage County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 13699 E Highway 8 Wymore, NE to a report of an altercation between neighbors involving firearms. It was reported that gunfire was exchanged between both parties. 

After an investigation on scene it was determined that the reporting party was the only person involved with this altercation. The reporting party was taken into protective custody and transported to the Crisis Center in Lincoln.
