Property managers at 620 Main Street in Adams contacted a Gage County Sheriff’s Office investigator to report littering that had occurred at approximately 1:58 am on July 2, 2019 at their property. This has been an ongoing issue, along with vandalism to the property, and human defecation being found on the grounds of the property.

The investigator was provided images of the suspect and when conducting the initial investigation, learned the suspect was positively identified as 18-year-old Michael Abbott of Adams.

The investigator interviewed Abbott at his residence and he admitted to the littering. He was issued a criminal citation for littering and given a trespass warning to stay off the property.
