One Vehicle Injury Accident

LOCATION: North of State Line Road on S 108th Road  

OFFENSE: One Vehicle Injury Accident

On May 22, 2018 at approximately 2327hrs, Southeast Communications was contacted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office and advised they received a report of a two-vehicle accident north of Oketo, Kansas. It was reported that the driver of one of the vehicles was walking to Barneston for help. A white 1998 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Timothy Sutter, 41 of Liberty was located by Oketo Fire Department in the east ditch in a creek. It was later determined there was only one vehicle involved and one male in the vehicle.

Wymore Ems and Wymore Fire were dispatched to the location to check on the driver who had pain to his ribs. The male was checked out by Wymore EMS and was not transported.

The accident is still under investigation.
