Driver injured in a one-vehicle rollover accident on SW 114th Road at W chestnut Road Friday afternoon.

On Friday, June 22, 2018 at approximately 13:30 hours, a Gage County Sheriff's Deputy and DeWitt Rescue were dispatched to a one-vehicle rollover injury accident at SW 114 Road & W Chestnut Road.

The accident investigation revealed, a 2010 Chrysler Town & County Mini Van driven by Alona Kramer, 76, of Clatonia, was eastbound on SW 114th Road when she drove off the road into the north ditch just west of W Chestnut Road. The vehicle struck the embankment of and crossed over W Chestnut, then rolled and came to rest upright in the north ditch of SW 114th Road.

Ms. Kramer was transported by Clatonia Rescue to the Beatrice Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Restraints in use and air bags deployed. Neither alcohol nor drugs are believed to have been a contributing factor in the accident.
