One Vehicle Rollover Accident on Highway 41 and S.W. 58th Road

On Saturday, March 05, 2016 at approximately 0520 hours, the Gage County Sheriff’s Office responded

to a report of a one car rollover accident that had occurred on Highway 41 near SW. 58^th Road.

The driver was located by Deputies walking along Highway 41. Clatonia Fire & Rescue and Cortland Fire & Rescue were called to care for the driver. The driver was transported to Bryan LGH West with unknown injuries.

The accident investigation found that a 2007 Pontiac G-6, driven by 38 year old Bobbie Rodriguez of Beatrice, was traveling eastbound on Hwy 41 near SW 58^th. when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway, entered the south ditch and rolled several times.

Occupant restraints are not believed to have been in use. The driver’s air bag did deploy. Nether drugs nor alcohol are believed to have been a factor.
