On 05-13-2015 around 0001 hours, the Gage County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous tip regarding a large party where minors were drinking at 24156 Bear Creek Lane. Upon arrival, deputies observed vehicles parked outside a detached garage as well as numerous people walking in and out of the garage. The individuals at the party observed the deputies walking down the driveway and many people ran away from the garage. One female, while attempting to leave, drove her vehicle down the driveway directly towards the deputies. The driver made no attempt to slow down or steer away from the deputies who were in the path of the vehicle. The deputies moved out of the way and visually identified the driver as Lacey Haughton of Beatrice who was later issued a citation for Reckless Driving. Deputies identified five individuals who were still inside or near the garage. Two of those were 17 year old juveniles. The deputies observed multiple open and closed beer cans inside the garage.

After a thorough investigation, deputies identified the host of the party who allowed minors to procure and consume alcohol. Bryce Trisler of rural Beatrice was issued a citation for seven counts of Procuring Alcohol for a Minor and two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
